1. Prepare Required Documents
You need the following documents:
1. Trade License (valid and up-to-date)
2. TIN Certificate (Tax Identification Number)
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate from a scheduled bank
5. Membership Certificate from a recognized trade association
6. National ID Card / Passport of the owner/director
7. Company incorporation certificate (for limited companies)
8. Memorandum and Articles of Association (for limited companies)
9. Partnership Deed (for partnerships, if applicable)
10. Recent Passport Size Photos of owner/directors
2. Pay the Treasury Challan
Deposit the required fees through Treasury Challan (Code: 1-1731-0001-1801) to any branch of Bangladesh Bank or Sonali Bank.

4. Verification & Approval
